AnGallery User Agreement 1. Introduction Welcome to the use of the "AnGallery" application and related services! This User Agreement applies to the "AnGallery" application (the "App") created by Hangzhou Shaoan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "we", "us", or "the Company"). The services are offered as value-added services and are provided on an "as-is" basis. The products and services we provide include, but are not limited to, content recommendations, posting, interaction, search, and other core and auxiliary functions. This "AnGallery User Agreement" ("this Agreement") is a contract between you and the App governing your registration, login, and use (collectively "use") of the App and related services. Before using the App and related services, please read and fully understand this Agreement, especially clauses that exclude or limit liability, license and use of rights, special services consent, governing law and dispute resolution. Important provisions that limit or exclude liability are highlighted in bold; please pay particular attention to them. If you are under the age of 18, please read this Agreement with your legal guardian and obtain their consent before using the App and related services. If you do not agree with this Agreement, we may not be able to provide the full set of products and services and you may choose to stop using them. If you voluntarily agree to or use the App and related services, you are deemed to have fully understood and accepted this Agreement and other rules related to the App and its services (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy). 2. The App and Related Services 2.1 The service provider may develop different versions of the App for different terminal devices. You should obtain, download, and install the appropriate version for your device. If you no longer use the App and related services, you may uninstall the relevant application. 2.2 To improve user experience and services, the App may be updated or changed from time to time (including but not limited to bug fixes, upgrades, feature enhancements, new services, replacement, etc.). You may choose whether to accept updates. To ensure the security of the App and services and improve user experience, after partial or full updates, the App will, when feasible, notify you by an appropriate method (including system prompts, announcements, in-app messages, etc.). You have the right to accept the updated version; if you choose not to update, some functions of the App and services may be limited or not work properly. 2.3 Unless you obtain prior written authorization from the App, you shall not adapt, copy, distribute, perform vertical search, mirror, trade, or otherwise access or use the App and services without authorization. 2.4 You understand that using the App and related services requires compatible terminal equipment (such as a computer or mobile phone) and that opening the App on your device constitutes use of the App and related services. To fully enjoy the App's features you may need to connect your device to the internet and bear any associated costs (such as data charges and network fees). 3. Account 3.1 The App provides registration channels. You may choose a lawful combination of characters as your account name and set a password that meets security requirements. The account and password you set are the credentials for logging in and using the App and related services. 3.2 You understand and agree that the account you create must not violate national laws and regulations, must not infringe on state interests or the legitimate rights of others, and must not be harmful to social morals. Your account name, avatar, profile and other registration or personal information must not contain illegal or inappropriate content. Without permission, you must not register an account in another person's name (including but not limited to impersonating someone else by using their name, trade name, avatar, etc.). Malicious registration (including frequent or bulk registrations) is prohibited. The App reserves the right to review the information you submit. 3.3 Your account is for your personal use only. You may not give, lend, rent, transfer, sell or otherwise allow others to use your account. If the App determines or has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is not the original registrant, the App may suspend or terminate the account to protect security. 3.4 If your account is lost or you forget your password, you may follow the App's appeal procedures to recover your account or password. Please keep your account and password secure. After using the App, you should log out. You are responsible for losses caused by improper safeguarding of your account/password or other reasons attributable to you. 3.5 After completing registration, login and necessary identity verification, you may view and modify personal information you submitted. For security and identity verification reasons (such as account recovery), you may be unable to change certain initial registration or verification information. You may request account cancellation; the App will assist with cancellation and deletion of your account information after reasonable identity and security verification, except as required by law. 4. Protection of Personal Information We and the App are committed to protecting your personal information (information that can be used alone or combined with other information to identify you). For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy. 5. User Behavior Standards 5.1 User conduct requirements You are responsible for your behavior while using the App and related services. Unless permitted by law or with the App's prior written consent, you shall not engage in the following behaviors: 5.1.1 Use unauthorized plugins, add-ons, tools, or third-paƒ√Ωy systems that interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of the App and services. 5.1.2 Use the App or its services to carry out activities that endanger computer network security, including but not limited to: (1) Illegally accessing others' networks, interfering with normal network functions, or stealing network data; (2) Providing programs or tools specifically intended for network intrusion, interference, or data theft; (3) Knowingly providing technical support, advertising, payment, or other assistance to persons engaging in network security violations; (4) Using data or accessing servers/accounts without authorization; (5) Accessing public networks or others' computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying or adding stored information; (6) Attempting to probe, scan, or test the App's systems or network weaknesses without authorization; (7) Attempting to interfere with or damage the App's systems or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, or otherwise disrupting normal network information services; (8) Falsifying TCP/IP packet headers or related identifiers; (9) Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the App's source code; (10) Maliciously registering App accounts, including frequent or bulk registrations. 5.2 Content standards You must ensure that any comments, posts or content you create, copy, publish or disseminate comply with the constitution, laws, regulations, public order, respect social morality, the socialist system, national interests, the legitimate rights of citizens and information authenticity. You agree not to produce, copy, publish or distribute content prohibited by law and regulation, including but not limited to: (1) Content opposing the basic principles of the constitution; (2) Content endangering national security or leaking state secrets; (3) Content that subverts state power, undermines the socialist system, incites secession or harms national unity; (4) Content that harms national honor and interests; (5) Content promoting terrorism or extremism; (6) Content promoting ethnic hatred, discrimination or harming ethnic unity; (7) Content inciting regional discrimination or hostility; (8) Content that undermines national religious policies, promotes cults or superstition; (9) Fabricated or false information that disrupts economic or social order or harms social stability; (10) Content that spreads violence, obscenity, pornography, gambling, murder, terror or instructs criminal activity; (11) Content infringing on minors' rights or harming minors' physical or mental health; (12) Secretly recording or filming others without their permission, infringing on others' lawful rights; (13) Content containing terror, violent gore, high-risk or harmful material that endangers performers or others; (14) Content that endangers network security or uses the network to endanger national security, honor or interests; (15) Content that insults or defames others or infringes others' lawful rights; (16) Content that threatens, blackmails, or doxxes others; (17) Content involving others' privacy or personal information; (18) Foul or obscene language that harms public order and morals; (19) Content infringing on others' privacy, reputation, portrait, intellectual property rights or other lawful rights; (20) Commercial advertisements, solicitations, excessive marketing or spam; (21) Comments in languages other than the website's common languages; (22) Content unrelated to the item being commented on; (23) Meaningless posts or those that deliberately use character combinations to evade technical review; (24) Other content that violates laws, policies or public order, interferes with the App's operation, or infringes upon the rights of other users or third parties. 6. Changes, Suspension and Termination of Services 6.1 You understand and agree that the App and related services are provided based on current technology and conditions. We will make every reasonable effort to provide continuous and secure services. However, the App cannot foresee or guard against all technical and other risks, including but not limited to force majeure, network issues, third-party service defects, or third-party websites that may cause interruptions, inability to use the App, or other losses and risks. 6.2 You understand and agree that for the needs of overall operation and platform security, the App has the right to adjust service/function settings and scope, and may modify, suspend, discontinue or terminate the App and related services as appropriate. 7. Advertising 7.1 You understand and agree that during your use of the App and related services, we may push relevant information, advertisements or brand promotions to you. The App and services may display advertisements or promotional information from the App itself and/or third-party suppliers or partners (including commercial or non-commercial information). 7.2 We comply with laws and regulations regarding advertising and promotion. You should independently assess the truthfulness and reliability of advertisements or promotions and bear responsibility for decisions you make based on them. Except as otherwise required by law, the App is not responsible for losses or damages arising from purchases, transactions or other actions you take based on such advertisements or promotions. 8. Disclaimer 8.1 You understand and agree that the App may be affected or interfered with by various factors and the App does not guarantee (including but not limited to): 8.1.1 The App and related services will meet all of your usage requirements; 8.1.2 The App and related services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable, or error-free; 8.1.3 All errors in the App and related services will be corrected. 8.2 If you encounter content related to loans or other financial matters, account passwords, advertisements or promotions, please act carefully and exercise your own judgment. The App is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business reputation or data resulting from reliance on such content. 8.3 You understand and agree that the App may encounter force majeure (unforeseeable, insurmountable and unavoidable objective events) such as natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, typhoons), governmental actions, wars, strikes, riots, or civil commotions. In such events the App will endeavor to restore services as soon as possible, but the App is not liable for losses caused by force majeure to the extent permitted by law. 8.4 The App reserves the right, under this Agreement, to take action on illegal or noncompliant content, but cannot guarantee that such behavior will always be detected or addressed in a timely manner. 8.5 You understand and agree that the App makes no express or implied warranties or guarantees of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the App and related services at your own risk. 8.6 You understand and agree that while the App will make best efforts to make judgments in accordance with applicable laws and norms, these judgments may not always coincide with those of judicial or administrative authorities; you accept that you may bear the consequences of such differences. 9. Terms for Minors 9.1 If you are under 18 years of age, you should use the App only under the supervision and guidance of your guardian and with their consent. 9.2 The App pays special attention to protecting minors' personal information. When minors provide personal information, they should exercise caution and follow guardian guidance when using the App and related services. 9.3 If a minor violates laws or this Agreement, the minor and their guardian shall bear the resulting legal liability in accordance with law. 9.4 Additional reminders for minors: 9.4.1 Young people should use the App and related services under the supervision of guardians, use the internet properly for study, avoid harmful content, and develop good online habits. 9.4.2 Young users should abide by the "National Youth Internet Civilization Convention": (1) Use the internet for learning and avoid harmful information; (2) Communicate honestly and kindly, do not insult or defraud others; (3) Enhance personal protection awareness, do not meet strangers recklessly; (4) Maintain network security and do not disrupt network order; (5) Use the internet in a way that benefits physical and mental health and avoid addiction. 9.5 To better protect minors' privacy, the App reminds users to be cautious when posting content that includes minors. Once published, you are deemed to consent to the App's display and use of minors' information, images, and voices as permitted under this Agreement. 10. Miscellaneous 10.1 The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any provision of this Agreement conflicts with applicable PRC law and is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be reinterpreted to the extent possible to reflect the original intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 10.2 If any dispute arises between you and the App regarding this Agreement, both parties shall attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction where this Agreement was concluded. 10.3 To provide better service or in response to changes in laws, regulations or policies, the App may update this Agreement from time to time. Such updates form part of this Agreement. If you disagree with the revised terms, please immediately stop logging in or using the App and related services. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 10.4 The headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not affect interpretation of the provisions.
